Oliver is a Managing Director at EU Vantage and brings two decades of experience in EU policy.

This includes 15 years co-leading a consultancy advising companies, academia and trade associations on navigating EU institutions and achieving meaningful policy outcomes.

He combines technical insight and political strategy, ensuring policymakers have robust evidence while helping industry anticipate and respond to regulatory developments.

Earlier in his career, he spent five years in the European Parliament working for an MEP, contributing to committee negotiations, plenary sessions, and trilogue processes, experience that gives him both deep policy knowledge and a practical understanding of how decisions are made in Brussels.

Andreea is a Managing Director at EU Vantage, advising companies and trade associations on EU public affairs and communications.

She combines strategic judgement with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, credible positions that carry weight in EU policy debates.

Her work spans EU affairs campaigns, policy and legislative analysis, and high‑level political engagement across the EU institutions. She places strong emphasis on forward‑looking analysis and high‑quality monitoring, helping organisations understand what developments in Brussels mean for their priorities and how to respond effectively.

Earlier in her career, Andreea worked at the EU think tank EPC and completed a traineeship at the European Commission.

Eva is a consultant at EU Vantage, supporting clients on public affairs and strategic communications.

Through political insights, policy analysis and legislative monitoring, she helps clients navigate complex regulatory developments and anticipate policy change. She also coordinates outreach activities, including the delivery of an industry congress.

She has previous experience in strategic communications at the United Nations Regional Information Centre for Western Europe and in European project management for a French regional chamber of commerce and industry, gaining experience in managing multi‑stakeholder initiatives and coordinating cross‑border projects.

She holds a Master’s degree in European Political and Governance Studies form the College of Europe, where she specialised in climate policy and secondary legislation.

Margherita is a Consultant at EU Vantage, contributing to political intelligence work through policy analysis, monitoring and stakeholder mapping, helping clients understand how debates evolve and where to engage.

She supports advocacy activities through coordinating communications such as webinars, social media, websites and newsletters. As part of the secretariat of an EU trade association, she helps manage two committees and supports the organisation of a major annual industry congress.

She holds a degree from the College of Europe, where she specialised in European policy and governance.

Giulio is a Consultant at EU Vantage, supporting clients achieve their goals through policy analysis, monitoring and the organisation of events.

As part of the secretariat of a major industrial association, he contributes to managing two of the association’s committees and to strengthening the association’s EU public affairs and advocacy work.

Giulio holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy from the Brussels School of Governance and a Master’s degree in European law from Utrecht University, giving him a solid grounding in EU regulatory processes and legal frameworks.
